今次Dr. Joe教大家要吃什麼東西才是幫助到二型糖尿病。另外運動需要做帶氧運動及高強度間歇訓練就可以一起做來幫助逆轉糖尿病。不過大家也要量力而為,如果真的很痛,或做過也沒有幫助,就要跟隨醫生的指示去做治療啦!
In this video, Dr. Joe talked about how to reverse type 2 diabetes. It is a common disease in people 40 years or older. There are two important steps, one is nutrition and the second is exercise. He will demonstrate the effective exercises for Diabetes and discuss what kind of food you need to eat to prevent insulin resistance.
