Finally, we come to the end of the NFT Design Course. We talk about two emerging trends: NFT fractionalization and financialization.
Fractionalization has to do with breaking the NFT into fungible tokens that multiple people can own. This improves NFT liquidity and lowers the barrier to entry in blue-chip NFT investments.
Financialization has to do with bringing NFT into the DeFi ecosystem. For example, an NFT can be posted as collateral for taking out a crypto loan with PawnFi.
