At the same site as the failed fyre festival that happened a few years back, a developer is now building 60 luxury villas that will be sold between $1.5 million and $3.5 million. This exclusive and luxury community will offer some premium features and amenities for its residents, and it is located in one of the most desirable vacation destinations in the world. The only catch? You need to buy these homes as NFTs, which is a very unique and different way to buy real estate. A couple of these luxury properties have already been sold to millionaire buyers. Time will tell if this is a turning point for this infamous piece of land.
