In November 2008, Nakamoto Satoshi, whose identity remains unknown, published an article on a cryptography website, introducing a peer-to=peer electronic cash transfer system. In this system, the currency used isn’t a legal currency such as U.S. dollar, Renminbi or Hong Kong dollar, but a unit called #Bitcoin. Since then, the trend of decentralised cryptocurrencies has begun to unfold.
