糖尿病反而更長壽? 第30屆美國抗老暨再生醫學會 特輯(四) Diabetic patients live longer than usual?
Metformin was an old diabetic drug. Based on the well-known clinical trial – UKPDS, it may promote the longevity. The Hevolution foundation sponsored by Saudi Arabia was founded to find the ways to extend the human health span. The clinical trial- TAME (Targeting Aging with Metformin) will be supported by the Hevolution foundation. This will be the first trial on longevity by applying a medicine in the medical history.
