Not all sweeteners are equal
and some of the ones marketed as “healthy” are actually worse than white sugar.
Agave syrup is the biggest lie in the health world.
Yes it doesn’t spike your blood sugar much but it’s extremely high in fructose which damages your liver and raises your triglycerides over time.
And stevia? Most stevia products in stores are mixed with maltodextrin or dextrose that spike your blood sugar, always read the label.

🔴 White sugar — 0/10
🔴 Brown sugar — 0/10
🔴 Agave syrup — 1/10
🟡 Raw honey — 6/10
🟢 Stevia — 8/10
🟢 Monk fruit — 9/10
🟢 Allulose — 10/10
