【要約】
肥満または過体重の人に対するチルゼパチド治療は、体重減少に加えて血圧、脂質、血糖代謝などの心代謝リスク因子を改善し、前糖尿病を伴う集団では2型糖尿病への進展を有意に減少させた。したがって、生活習慣病リスクの低下を示唆するエビデンスがある。
ただし、高血圧の新規発症率そのものを主要評価項目として示した論文は限られ、現時点では「血圧が下がる」「正常血圧化が増える」というエビデンスが中心である。
